All courses are available to book quickly & securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website. A $600 deposit is required for all courses at time of booking via Paypal. The course balance will be due 3 days prior to the course.

Please note: the $600 deposit is non-refundable. It is required to secure the spot for the enrollment as availability is limited per class. Class preparation such as course materials and supplies, model bookings...etc. will be prepared in advance as soon as the deposit is received.

Full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of a genuine reason for non-attendance or cancellation (proof may be requested), a request for transfer to an alternative training date or course may be considered at the discretion of Lovelle Beauty Academy. We allow only a maximum of 1 course reschedule without penalty. Following that, if there is a valid reason approved by the Academy, we will charge a $25 rescheduling fee.

If you cannot rebook or attend your training immediately due to extenuating circumstances, we may agree to place the booking as a credit on file valid for 6 months. No refunds will be given on credits on file not redeemed before expiration.

If you are not able to attend please notify us in writing to info@lovellebeautyacademy.com at least 5 business days prior to the booked training course. Failing to notify us may result in forfeiture of all course fees paid dependent on the circumstances.

Payment plans can be set up with 3 month, 6 month or 1 year durations. These plans are interest free. There are also 18 month and 24 month plans that are optional, however due to the extended duration interest is applicable. Once we receive your application through the application portal, our team will reach out directly with payment plan options which you can consider before moving forward.

Enrolment deadlines are 4 days prior to each course date. You may email us at info@lovellebeautyacademy.com as well as we do occasionally make an exception depending on availability.

We recommend bringing a pen/pencil and notebook to take notes during the course. We do provide a course booklet which you may write in, however we recommend bringing your own writing tools for your personal use during the course.

Lunch is included as part of the course tuition. Our instructors will order food each day based on your dietary restrictions.

Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to the training centre for security reasons. Lovelle Beauty Academy is not responsible for any items taken to or left at the training centre, please ensure you take all belongings with you at the end of each training day.

No products or tools need to be brought to the practical training days as your required course kit supplies will be provided. The only exception to this is for the SMP course where you must bring your SMP kit products which we have mailed in advance to your home address prior to attendance.

We kindly request that all students come to class dressed business-casual. Clean clothing should be worn. Please note to avoid wearing jeans as you will be required to sit for long periods of time and should be comfortable. Please no trainers, sandals, flip flops, high heels or Ugg style boots. You should wear clean flat shoes with covered toes & closed in heels. You should have clean, short nails. Please ensure you are suitably dressed to give and receive treatments.

Students must wear a face mask at all times while in attendance and ensure proper hand hygiene. They are also asked to adhere to guidance from the instructor regarding maintaining social distancing.

All students and models are requested to fill out mandatory COVID forms prior to attendance. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of the appointment or enrollment. We take the health, safety and welfare of our students and visitors very seriously. If you are experiencing any symptoms we urge you to notify us right away so we can reschedule accordingly.

All of our courses are designed for beginners. There are no course prerequisites except for our Injections Course. You may visit the Injections page for more details on requirements.

Should you require any assistance following your training days; please feel free to contact our Support Team, at info@lovellebeautyacademy.com – our team will reply to all queries within 48 working hours.

If you would like to rejoin a class for more practice, you may also email us directly to schedule. We offer complimentary training post graduation for all of our courses within 2 months. This includes allowing our students to rejoin future classes, and get additional model practice. Students are welcome to rejoin both the theory day and hands on day of the course depending on their preference and our class availability.

Exceptions will be considered and is up to the discretion of our team if this deadline has passed. Following training, students should begin practising on clients/family and friends as soon as possible while the knowledge and skills are freshly learnt. We recommend students get liability insurance in place before taking on clients.

All of our kit supplies can be found there, as well as extra inventory to help our stdeunts set up their studios and prepare for their clients.

Pickup options are available in Toronto and can be selected at checkout. We currently ship all orders within Canada and USA.

Certifications are rewarded after the successful completion of each course. They will be given in person. For master certificates, once approved by instructor they will be sent via mail
